Nick was a villain that fought Hurricane. He first appeared in Captain America #5 (1941).
History[]
Nick was a criminal that supplied counterfeit money to a man named Flinthart. He planned to inflate the market with counterfeit money in order to cause a massive inflation so that he and Flinthart could buy properties cheap. Hurricane then learned that Nick was posing as a homeless man and followed him back to his hideout. Hurricane then called the police and Nick was arrested.
